Another stock market rally followed by crash prediction

Indian astrologers predict a stock market crash in the last days of this year in 2008.  Should really be following astrology?  Not that we should throw away logical and study and look to the heavens, but it does make sense that we have a rally before another stock market crash.  It's interesting to see how the world markets are reacting to an Obama win.  What would of happened if McCain won?  Would we have seen a huge rally since most everyone on Wall Street are Republicans?
